We're conveniently located at the intersection of Co Rd 70 and I-35 in Lakeville at the Marketville Shopping Center (exit 81).

From southbound 35W or 35E, continue south after 35E and 35W merge for about 6 miles. Exit on Co Rd 70 where you will also see the big Lakeville Theatre on your right. Take a left, eastbound on 70th (210th St.) over the bridge. Continue eastbound past the stop sign and turn right just after the McDonalds and before the hotel. The Marketville Shopping Center is located behind the hotel.

From northbound I-35, exit at Co Rd 70 (the McStop). Take a right at the stop sign and then turn right just after the McDonalds and before the hotel. The Marketville Shopping Center is located behind the hotel.
